Sadly we never got to try out the mattress, because the delivery process was so confusing and cumbersome. Loads of messages but the bottom line was, that it's not made clear enough at any stage that if you choose to have your old mattress collected the swift delivery option for delivery of the new one won't apply, as the whole process will be geared to the collection which takes longer. We found the information about this unclear. Also, we were then presented with a date for the whole thing which was not possible for us, and which we there was no way of changing. In the end we cancelled the whole thing and bought a mattress topper elsewhere, which was delivered without fuss within 24 hours. I did let the company know why we were cancelling, but received no response. They did refund my money in double quick time however.

After looking at divide/buy website I chose EZE mattresses and what a great choice I made the customer care is 5* alone and when ordering the customer support was AMAZING !!! I’m a complete novice to computers and my advisor from EZE mattresses took time out of her day to talk me through the process from start to finish !! Two days later mattress arrived and now awaiting my sister to put it on her bed tonight as it was a gift !! Thank you divide/buy and EZE mattresses

I bought a mattress Cooleze at United Carpet after unpacking I was disappointed with the quality of the mattress. Definitely not the same quality as the display mattress at United Carpet. You don't feel the memory foam effect at all

We ordered the Eze Hybrid mattress and it has completely changed our nights sleep! It’s so comfortable! Delivery was on time, the wheels on the box are so handy, putting it onto the bed was easy - couldn’t be happier!

I have just ordered an eze hybrid max mattress from the eze website. I was worried that the mattress would be delivered on the one day I would not be available so I emailed customer services looking for help. I got an almost immediate reply from Ren who was fantastic and my problem was sorted out in one email. The delivery will now avoid the day I am not here. Thank you so much for your help Ren, I really appreciate it and I am now looking forward to my new mattress arriving.

Choosing a mattress is difficult. The Eze mattress ordering was easy - getting a delivery date not so. After a few calls it was sorted and everything easy after then. Love it, very comfortable.

I recently purchased an Eze 2000 in 5ft.
When it arrived it was in really easy to move packaging like a little trolley so no heavy lifting . There was a little tool inside to be able to open the plastic, once opened it opens up quite quickly so be prepared .
Inflates really well.
There is a pocket top on it which is really comfy had the best nights sleep in a long time really recommend.

I ordered the Eze 2000 pocket sprung mattress. All I can say is I am extremely happy with it! I find it very comfortable and the delivery time was brilliant. Would 100% recommend these mattresses to others and definitely great value for money!
