Clunky and unclear delivery system.
Sadly we never got to try out the mattress, because the delivery process was so confusing and cumbersome. Loads of messages but the bottom line was, that it's not made clear enough at any stage that if you choose to have your old mattress collected the swift delivery option for delivery of the new one won't apply, as the whole process will be geared to the collection which takes longer. We found the information about this unclear. Also, we were then presented with a date for the whole thing which was not possible for us, and which we there was no way of changing. In the end we cancelled the whole thing and bought a mattress topper elsewhere, which was delivered without fuss within 24 hours. I did let the company know why we were cancelling, but received no response. They did refund my money in double quick time however.
