Aftercare for your Mattress

It is very important your EZE mattress is turned 180 degrees on it's base, regularly, thereby minimising the settlement of the cushioning layers. We recommend doing this once a month for the first three months, then every 3 months thereafter. We do not recommend flipping your mattress around as the top surface sleep layers of our mattresses are made for your comfort and support.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

We offer free standard 3-7 day delivery to UK mainland and we deliver Monday to Friday 8:00am to 18:00 pm.

A member of our EZE mattress team will be in touch shortly after your order has been confirmed to schedule in your delivery further.

All of our mattresses come in a box, on wheels, making it very easy for you to transport, however we do offer a two man delivery service to a room of your choice, this can take between 5-10 days. Next day delivery is currently not available. Please note, if there is no lift available our delivery team will only carry up to two flights of stairs.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

Yes, you or somebody authorised on your behalf needs to be home to accept delivery and a signature will be required for proof of delivery. If our courier fails to deliver and has to take your order back to the warehouse, you will be charged a delivery fee the second time. This will be between £40-£100 depending on your postcode.


Can I cancel my order with EZE?

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Can I return my order with EZE ?

You can return your order up to 14 days after cancelling your order.

Please note you will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the item(s) to us and condition in which they were received by you.

Will I receive a refund if I want to return?

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price up to 14 days after we have received, inspected and accepted your return.

What happens if my goods are damaged or faulty ?

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us and we will arrange for the faulty or damaged goods to be collected and replaced.
