Premium Delivery: Delivery to room of choice, unpack and dispose of the packaging, 5-7 working days Monday-Friday between 7am-9pm with allocated 3-hour time slot (courier will contact you to schedule delivery) £25

Mattress disposal service

Let us take the stress out of disposing your old mattress. Choose VIP delivery at checkout for mattress disposal with room of choice, unpacking and disposing of the packaging for £50 (options appear once you have entered your address).

We can dispose of one mattress per order but should you wish to have more than one, you can drop us an email at info@ezemattress.com and we can add an extra mattress to your order.

Note: Your old mattress needs to be in a good condition (unsoiled and dry) for the courier team to collect it. If your mattress is heavily soiled, BJS Home Delivery has the right to refuse for health and safety reasons. If this happens, we will refund you your mattress disposal charge.

Compatible bed frames

All bed frames are compatible with our mattresses. Slatted bed frames, divan bases, platform bed frames and manual and electric ottoman bed frames. Please make sure you check the weight for manual and electric ottomans for example, a super king mattress may be too heavy to access your ottoman storage easily.

A high density memory foam layer provides a stable core preventing sagging over the life of the mattress. Extensively tested for stability and durability.

Breathable layers of MEMOReze™ memory foam provide support and pressure relief by contouring to your body and helps to dispel body heat and regulate your temperature.

4. Pocketeze™ Spring System Individually stitched 1200 mini pocket spring unit, provides a highly resilient comfort layer.

Refunds & Returns

Returns for unopened items:

To be eligible for a free return, we will need the unopened items back in the same condition you received them, and securely wrapped in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase in the form of an email confirmation. Items which have been purchased incorrectly and in need of an exchange, will be subject to an exchange fee.

Returns for opened items:

Returns of opened items will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a partial refund and returns fee. Please email details of your request to info@ezemattress.com. Please include a photo of the batch number of the mattress which is located on the fire label at the pillow end of the mattress. No returns will be considered before 4-6 weeks of ordering. This will give enough time for the settlement of the mattress and the mattress to adjust to your body shape. It can take up to 6 weeks for your mattress to fully adjust.
