Returns & Refund Policy

We're all about getting you to have the best night’s sleep, to feel relaxed and refreshed, not stressed. We have a stress free 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at orders@ezemattress.com.

To be eligible for a free return, we will need the unopened items back in the same condition you received them, and securely wrapped in the original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase in the form of an email confirmation. Items which have been purchased incorrectly and in need of an exchange, will be subject to an exchange fee.

Faulty or damaged items:

Please inspect your goods upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us and we will arrange for the faulty or damaged goods to be collected and replaced free of charge.

Returns for opened items:

Returns of opened items will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a returns fee. Please email details of your request to orders@ezemattress.com. No returns will be considered before 4-6 weeks of ordering. This will give enough time for the settlement of the mattress and the mattress to adjust to your body shape. It can take up to 6 weeks for your mattress to fully adjust.

Refunds:

If the returned goods are accepted, any funds to be returned will be automatically processed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, this is normally within 5-7 days. our courier will inform us and we can process your refund.

If you've signed up for financing with DivideBuy at 0% interest, we'll cancel the agreement for you, but please don't cancel the direct debit until you've received notification that the cancellation is complete. Any instalments that you paid up until that point will be refunded within 14 business days.
