Washing Instructions: Removable and machine washable cover 86% polyester and 14% elastane (up to 60°C). The memory foam core should not be machine washed. Spot clean only with mild soap and water and allow to air dry completely before use. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean the foam core.

Every eze™ Comfort Pillow purchased online comes with a 1 year guarantee, giving you peace of mind that your pillow is built for long-lasting comfort, durability, and support.

This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect those rights.

Guarantee Period

Your eze™ Comfort Pillow is covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required to make a claim under this guarantee.

What Is Covered

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Faults in materials or workmanship.
  • Abnormal splitting, cracking or deterioration of the memory foam pillow caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Defects in stitching, seams or construction.
  • Material defects that significantly affect the performance or intended use of the pillow.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the guarantee period, eze™ Mattress will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product with the same model; or provide a refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper care.
  • Staining, discolouration, odours or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by pets, accidents, fire, water, chemicals or external influences.
  • Comfort preference changes or dissatisfaction with firmness after use.
  • Commercial, rental or institutional use.
  • Products altered or repaired by unauthorised persons.
  • Failure to follow the care instructions supplied with the product.

  1. Your name and contact details.
  2. Proof of purchase.

  4. Photographs showing the defect where possible.

Inspection and Verification

eze™ Mattress reserves the right to inspect the product or

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eze™ Mattress liability
under this guarantee is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the product.

Your Consumer Rights

This guarantee is offered voluntarily by eze™ Mattress and
is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this guarantee excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

The eze™ Comfort Pillow may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery if the item is still in the original packaging and unopened. Due to the nature of the eze™ Comfort Pillow, all opened items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
