Christmas Delivery
Over the christmas period, there are some changes to our delivery and customer service opening hours;
What is the last day I can order?
The last day to order with us for next day delivery is by 11am on 19th December 2025 to receive your order by December 22nd 2025.
The last day to order for VIP delivery or Premium delivery is by 12pm on Friday 12th December for delivery before 23rd December 2025.
What happens if I order after this date?
Any orders placed after these dates will be processed for shipping after the New Year on Monday 5th January 2026.
What are your customer service opening times over Christmas & New Year?
Our customer service lines are open as usual until Tuesday 23rd December 2025. If you order after this day, or have any queries, our team will respond to you on January 5th 2026.
Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options at checkout: (Please note if you are shopping on a mobile and paying Apple Pay, our delivery options appear under "method")
Free Next Day Delivery: Order by 11am for delivery Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) all day time slot between 8am-6pm (doorstep delivery only)
Free Premium Delivery: Choose your delivery day, Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) all day time slot between 8am-6pm, our team will contact you to arrange or you can leave a note on cart page (doorstep delivery only)
Premium Delivery: Delivery to room of choice, unpack and dispose of the packaging, 5-7 working days, Monday-Friday between 7am-9pm with allocated 3-hour time slot (courier will contact you to schedule delivery) £25
VIP Delivery: Mattress disposal & delivery to room of choice, 5-7 working days Monday-Friday between 7am-9pm with allocated 3-hour time slot (courier will contact you to schedule delivery) £50
