Christmas & New Year Shipping Dates
Over the christmas period, there are some changes to our delivery and customer service opening hours;
What is the last day I can order?
The Last day to order with us for next day delivery is by 19th December by 10am to receive your order by December 20th 2024. This will guarantee delivery before Christmas.
The last day to order for mattress disposal or room of choice with BJS Shipping is Thursday 12th December by 12pm for delivery by 23rd December 2024.
Any orders placed after these dates will be processed for shipping after the new year on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
What happens if I order after this date?
All orders placed after this date will be shipped after 2nd January 2025 when we return to the business.
What are your customer service opening times over Christmas & New Year
Our customer service lines are open as usual until Friday 20th December 2024. If you order on this day, or have a queries, our team will respond to you on January 2nd 2025.
