The fire-retardant anti-slip base provides security and a hypoallergenic soft knit fabric cover helps to stop dust mites and allergens penetrating the surface.

FAQ - Delivery
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We offer free standard 5-7 day delivery to UK mainland and we deliver Monday to Friday 07:00am to 21:00 pm.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Yes, you or somebody authorised on your behalf needs to be home to accept delivery and a signature will be required for proof of delivery. If our courier fails to deliver and has to take your order back to the warehouse, because you are not home, you will be charged a delivery fee the second time.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order.
Can I return my order with eze™ Mattress
You can return your order within 14 days of purchasing. Returns are free, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return.
Will I receive a refund if I want to return?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price up to 14 days after we have received, inspected and accepted your return.
What happens if my goods are damaged or faulty ?
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us and we will arrange for the faulty or damaged goods to be collected and replaced.
